Siebel Intro

In May 2012, I was hired by the Blue Pants Brewery. Since that day, I have been trying to further my career in brewing at Blue Pants. This quest has brought me to the Siebel Institute of Technology where I am attending the World Brewing Academy International Diploma Program. Over the next couple of weeks, I will try to keep up with an account of all the experiences that the program provides.
